Who we are
This privacy policy covers the website at tim-hortons-menu.com. We are an independent publisher, not a restaurant company.
Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect names, addresses or payment details. Information reaches us in two ways:
- Automatically. Standard server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view, used to keep the site running and to understand what is read.
- When you contact us. If you email us we hold your message and email address only for as long as needed to deal with it.
Cookies and advertising
This site is funded by third-party display advertising. Advertising partners and their demand partners may set cookies or use similar technologies to measure performance, limit how often you see the same advert and, where you have consented, show more relevant advertising. These partners act as independent controllers of the data they collect.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised advertising through your device settings or industry opt-out tools such as the Your Online Choices and NAI opt-out pages.
Analytics
We use aggregate analytics to see which pages are useful. This is reported to us in aggregate and is not used to identify individual readers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond within the period required by law.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Data retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. The site is served over HTTPS, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
